Currently, we do not typically book flights due to the complexities of the airline industry, such as fluctuating rates, weather conditions, delays, and cancellations, which can make flight logistics challenging. Instead, we offer recommendations for suggested flights or airline routes that may best suit your trip, and you can book these directly yourself.
We are working towards incorporating flight bookings into our services and hope to offer this as a permanent feature in the near future. If we are able to take on airline reservations for your trip, we will let you know and be happy to assist with that service. For now, flight bookings will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
The fee for The Adventure Alchemist service starts at $650, but the final cost can vary based on the specifics of your trip. For example, a journey with multiple destinations, a longer duration, or a larger group may require additional planning, organization, and coordination on my end. These factors can increase the amount of time and effort needed to ensure everything runs smoothly, which may be reflected in the final price. My goal is to be as transparent as possible, so I’ll always discuss any potential changes in cost with you upfront to ensure you’re comfortable with the plan and pricing.
During a Travel Sage consultation, you’ll get a 1:1 meeting with me to pick my brain and receive personalized travel advice tailored to your trip. This service is perfect for those who want to plan their own journey but would like a bit of professional guidance along the way. You'll have either 30 or 60 minutes of my time to discuss your travel plans, and you can choose between a video chat or a phone meeting. Before our consultation, I’ll ask for details about your trip so I can gather the best insider tips and up-to-date advice to make the most of our time together and provide you with all the information you need to plan your trip with confidence. If you later decide to upgrade to The Adventure Alchemist service, the $99 consultation fee will be waived.
The Travel Sage service is designed for those who prefer to do their own planning but want a bit of professional guidance along the way. If you decide to book your trip independently after our consultation, that’s perfectly fine! You’ll still benefit from the valuable insights and recommendations we discussed during our session, giving you the confidence to plan your journey on your own terms.
Absolutely! After our initial consultation through The Travel Sage service, you can upgrade to The Adventure Alchemist service or add on The Sanctuary Seeker service to enjoy VIP perks at no extra cost.
At Jetset Travelette, we understand that travel plans can change for many reasons, and we promise to do our best to accommodate our clients within reason. We want to work with clients who understand, respect, and echo our values of being honest, flexible, and transparent. There are no long-term commitments required for any of our services, but here’s what you need to know:
The Sanctuary Seeker Service: Since this service involves booking accommodations, if your plans change, we’ll simply reschedule or cancel the reservations with no penalty on our end.
The Adventure Alchemist Service: This service requires significant time and planning, so the trip planning fee is non-refundable. We’ll do our best to assist with rescheduling or canceling reservations, but please note that other companies we work with—such as cruise lines, tour operators, or equipment rental companies—have their own refund policies that we must adhere to. While we strive to accommodate changes, every situation is unique, and we’ll handle each one accordingly.
The Travel Sage Service: This service is also non-refundable as it covers my time and expertise during our consultation.
Please note that digital products purchased through Jetset Travelette LLC are non-refundable due to their digital nature.
